Any and all former members of the Sound of Faith, please contact us so that you can be included in future reunions. We are looking for Barbara Reed, Edna Lee Gladden, Paula De Jonge, Charlie King, Mickey Elley (aka Mike Elley), and others whose names escape us in our old age. We'd love to hear from you!

As mentioned previously, this reunion was the brainchild of Steve Garis. However, Steve would like to credit others who contributed their time and effort. In his words:

You give me far too much credit, Joan. You helped a lot just by listening to me, and holy cow, doing all that transcribing of the songs, without which we would not have sung so many choruses! Gail also helped a lot by motivating me and giving me some good ideas.

My kids allowed me to sing with them, an indulgence I don't get much, but they liked doing this for the "old Man."

And Gwen (my wife) was literally the "un-sung" hero, by helping a lot and doing things so that I could be myself and enjoy playing, singing, and talking with everyone. Friends and family are important to her, and she enjoyed being the hostess.

Thanks to Steve Garis and his gracious wife, Gwen, for opening their lovely home to host this wonderful event!

Special thanks
To: Brett Bayne for scanning the old Sound of Faith photos from back in the day;
To: Steve and Gwen Garis for scanning Dorothy's photos;
And to: my Randy Newman friends, Brett B., Susan M., Alan V. and Ralph H., who helped Joan the Luddite take "Let's Show Love" from analog LP to the miracle of lo-fi, streaming technology.
